This place is horrible. They stopped taking most insurances and didn't update their website and don't appreciate other people's time.

This was my first and undoubtedly my last visit to this clinic. It is the quintessential "one and done" practice where patient care feels like an afterthought. I walked in looking for a long-term dental home in the Seattle area, but I left feeling ignored and disrespected. I found seven specific, unacceptable issues with this practice: A Cold, Unwelcoming Environment: From the moment I arrived, there was no effort to welcome me as a new client. The atmosphere was sterile in spirit, not just in cleanliness. Being Systematically Ignored: As a patient, I felt invisible. My concerns weren't addressed, and the staff acted as if my presence was a burden rather than a priority. Lack of Transparency with X-rays: I was told an X-ray was necessary for my broken front tooth, yet the dentist, Diana Ryboakov, never showed me the resulting image. I was expected to accept a diagnosis without being allowed to see the evidence. Zero Alternative Treatments Offered: There was no discussion regarding different paths for my care. It was a "take it or leave it" approach with no regard for my preferences or budget. No Assistance with Partials: When I asked for information on where I could have a partial

I have been going here for about two months now and I have to say Hands down this team is the best from Mona at the front desk to the dental assistant Leo who took care of me twice so far and the awesome and amazing Dr. Luke Adam’s who I’ve seen twice now which says a lot knowing my history of leaving and missing dentist appointments because of my anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist!!! This group of people are the Best of the Best and I highly recommend anyone who has had problems or issues going to the dentist should give this place a shot!!!!

I was a patient of Neighborhood care dentistry. I went for regular check ups, and had an occasional filling. I think overall it is a safe place to go to. I do have to share an experience the dentist told me my tooth was a lost cause and then I needed an implant. I scheduled the implant I had second thoughts and decided to get a second opinion at the school of medicine at the University of Washington. The School of medicine 3 dentist specialists looked at my crownand said there was nothing wrong with the crown. The crown and restorative dentistry would have cost me $8,000 always get a second opinion.
